Here’s a Sample Free Consultation for YouTube Optimization
Below are some pointers I offered another person who is looking to build and optimize her channel. She’s an MLM marketer, so a lot of this may or may not apply to you. You still may like some of the pointers and the keyword research examples. The job she posted was for YouTube channel building and optimization. I did not proofread and organize the info in this case. It was just off the cuff, pre-hire. Whatever I give you will be cleaner.
The advice I give is below the video. Here it is:

[2/7/2016 4:43:04 PM] Tom Von Deck: You did well. I’m a nonfiction author and meditation trainer too. I did dozens of interviews on radio, podcasts and YouTube. You told your story, and you did that well. Naturally, he asked you to tell viewers where to find you. I suggest an easy to remember website with an email list sign up. When they get there, give them some type of helpful report or ebook that helps them to solve their problems when they sign up for the email list. Pitch the benefits of it and make sure it solves one specific problem that is related to the type of business that you’re running. You can hire a professional marketing copywriter to lead them toward signing up for your list.
Make sure they know that they will get a weekly or monthly email newsletter to help them build their business. You can use Mailchimp for free to build your list. You can also use a WordPress plugin that used to be called Hybrid Connect (Google it to find the new name) to customize your Mailchimp sign up form and to split test different calls to action in the form. Self-hosted WordPress (wordpress.org) allows for lots of great plugins.

[2/7/2016 5:28:31 PM] Tom Von Deck: I’m looking at it now. Here are some keywords. There are lots of really good ones. The first number after the keyword is the number of searches per month on Google. H, L, M mean high, low and medium competition. The third number gives a good indication of how competitive it is as well. It is the number of Google results with exact phrase matches.
This Google info gives a good idea of how much YouTube traffic you can expect as well, at least in many cases. Obviously, no one on YouTube will search for “mlm marketing pdf” for instance. There are also some good keyword tools for YouTube that I didn’t use in this case.

These two keywords can be combined to create one video called “Empower Network Review – Is it a scam?” You also want both of these keywords in the first sentence or two of your description because YouTube uses that info as a ranking factor. This is the obvious stuff. I’ll come up with more in a few minutes.
[2/7/2016 5:37:33 PM] Tom Von Deck: In that video, you want to tell them exactly what they’re going to learn in the first 8 seconds or so. Give them a good review of the features and benefits of the Empower Network. Tell your success story. At the end, lead them somewhere. Tell them to subscribe to the channel and go to a website. I usually wait until I give them some good advice before I put a URL on the screen at all. It’s good to build trust first. Some people will bail out on you if you try to sell them something in the first few fucking seconds! Don’t do it! Help people solve their problems first!

Embed the videos in your blog and link to them in Twitter, G+, Tumblr, Facebook page, etc. Ping it to Google. You can add just a tiny bit of post-production to score even more points. YouTube description is also very important. That’s a little sample of my work. It’s probably just a few bucks per video at that hourly rate.

One more great tip. If you’re doing any how-to videos, make sure that the users get all the info they need so that they never have to click on another video using the same search query. Don’t bore them. Satisfy every question that they might have. Plan it out, man. Plan it out. Empathy. Always put yourself in their shoes. See the comments under all of my videos.
